Commission for the Review of Social Assistance in Ontario, Discussion Paper 2- Approaches for Reform

This government-established commission was asked to do a comprehensive review and provide specific recommendations for improving the social assistance system. In producing this report, the Commission engaged communities throughout Ontario, as well as meeting with provincial organizations and labour groups.
